Current 8th - 11th graders and parents, There will be a scheduling information night on Wednesday, February 13, at 6:00 pm in the school cafeteria. Parents and students are encouraged to attend to receive planning information about picking courses for next school year, talk about course content and choices, make a plan for beyond high school, and meet with high school staff. |
Senior FAFSA Days – College Ready? On January 23 and 24, each senior should have received an orange folder that details all the information students and parents need to collect to go online and complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid, the FAFSA. In Indiana, the FAFSA must be received by the federal processor by March 10 or students lose any eligibility they might have for grants from the State of Indiana. In order to help you complete this form, staff from the National Center for College Costs will be at DHS, at no cost you, on Tuesday, February 12 from 7:55am to 12 noon to help students and parents with this process and to interpret the results. Other Delaware County High Schools will also host FAFSA Days & the sites and dates for those can be found in the orange folder. We welcome you to attend our FAFSA Day on February 12.
